Co-ordinate with Local lawyers for due diligence and translations Provide comments on behalf of BD on the draft/changes received from the landlord. Maintenance of rent master incorporating all the commercials/legal terms pertaining to each agreement. Registration of agreements in coordination with BD. Drafting of First cut legal letters/notices. Maintenance of copy of legal records/documents etc pertaining to stores agreements, notices etc. Maintenance of agreements data of renewal/expiration/relocation terms for handover. Translation/understanding local regional requirement. To update Corpoarte legal on the status of various draft / final agreements sent to the region. To appear before the concerned court/authorities. To scrutinise the property documents of the site where a store is proposed to be opened and ensure that the title of the landlord is clear and it complies with all the laws making it fit to be used to open a Dominos Pizza Store, help in liasoning of existing stores. It would be preliminary and to be approved by corporate. Timely support to the BD by giving information of renewals of the store agreements. Going through the agreement of store which is to be relocated to ensure proper and smooth handover of premises to the owner. Registration of agreements with Regional BD lining up with landlords, legal consultants, calculating and checking stamp duty, unlocked copies of agreements etc. Support to BD for preparation of support documents for release of cheques to maintain various kinds of deposits under the Store Agreement.
