September 6, 2012 Mr. Paul Banks Adecco Staffing Inc. Wichita, Kansas Dear Mr. Banks: Discrimination, Exclusions and Abuses is a Crimes wearing a custom of False Excuses Thank you for sending me the information of WorkForce. It is imperative I express myself to the Administration of Adecco Staffing Inc. I worked for the first time for Adecco Staffing Inc. in 2004 at Orlando, Florida, Home Depot Main Office, 2005 at Kodak where I worked twice because they were satisfied with my performance and they decided to call me back for a second short assignment. , in Universal Studios, And in 2005 at Hewitt Company, in Alafaya, Florida, ending in January 2006. In all those jobs I received an Excellent Evaluation of my Performance what included, Performance and Excellent Assistance. In my last assignment that was at the Hewitt Company, I worked around 7 months. On January 5, 2006 after a day of work and being working directly with my supervisor like all the employee used to do over there, I said good bye to all of my co-worker like we normally did and I left at 3:30 p.m. that was my exit hour. Around 5:00 p.m. I received a phone call to my cellular phone from my Adecco Site-Supervisor to informed me that my assignment was terminated I asked to Ms. Gloria Sierra what was the reason because I was confident I was doing a great job and there was a lot of job to do. She told me she could not tell me the reason, I also told her that I never received any correction on my work or any kind of reprimanded rather than congratulation for my good job. Beside I asked her why they decided to end my assignment by the phone and not in person when I was all day long there working hard, but Ms. Gloria Sierra never had any justified answers to my questions. She also informed me I was not allowed to go inside of the company to pick up all my belongs that was over my desk, that confused me more and made me feel demoralized after I worked so hard to represent with excellency the Company. I never knew why Adecco terminated my assignment, I never knew why after thousands of efforts to get a new assignment with Adecco I did not get another job. I never knew why after working in Hewitt Company through Adecco I have not been able to get another job with another Agency or Company. This exclusion brought very serious problems and a tremendous devastation into my life. Dealing with an unemployment for 6 long years just because I do not know what happened in Hewitt or Adecco rather than working hard over there, I have the impression that the Hewitt Company or Adecco damaged my references with something that is not true and the unemployment for 6 years is the fact and the evidence for my impression that is not other thing than abuse. Unemployment is a very serious issue for any individual and companies should not play with any person Jobs Rights. It is completely unfair, unjust and a big controversy that you told me today by the phone when I called you to check the openings available that I am not qualified because I have been unemployed for 6 long years.... but who was my last employer? was Adecco, I did several efforts to get a new assignment with Adecco in Florida again without any result. Two years later I came to Wichita, Kansas and I went to Adecco in August 2008, and I was excluded and discriminated once again, I went back in 2010 and then 3 weeks ago August 2012, just to update my application because my resume is basically the same because I have not work. Its not that so unfair from the Adecco Administration? I believe that the Adecco Staffing Company must fix what they have damaged as soon as possible and not send me to another agencies or Companies to continue walking in circles and dealing with the same abuses when they are not responsible for all the damages that I never knew why I never got another job after Hewitt Company. So the issue of being unemployed for so long like you told me today is because Adecco Staffing Company have done something to me in my back, you told me that not any company was going to give me any job because I have not worked for 6 years, but how I am going to get a job if Adecco Staffing is giving False References about me to affect my Jobs Opportunities? I am not asking to the Adecco Staffing Company for a second opportunity, I am asking for a job what is my Human Rights as an individual and a citizen. I build ed an Excellent Reference to Adecco Staffing and my jobs through 2004 to 2006 spoke itself. Any personal situation may I have in my private or personal life does not have nothing to do with Adecco Staffing Co.
