An initial meeting & event discussion with our team The Initial Meeting covers basic & essential details about the Debut Party; Venue Location, Number of Guests, Debutantes Theme, Suppliers Details and other important items It will be better if the Debutante, herself is present during the meeting after the Initial Meeting, we will now communicate with various suppliers booked by the client and update them regarding the event We as your coordinators, is responsible in communicating to all your suppliers as we want your event to be a worry & hassle free from your end Conceptualization & creation of the program will be done after communication with various suppliers A second meeting is needed to discuss the created program and the pre-debut preparations with the client & the Debutante On the day of the event we always set a standard of five (5) hours preparation time before the event. The 5 hours preparation time will cover the following: Hair & Make-Up of the Debutante, Pre-event Photo & Video Coverage, Debutantes Pre-Event Pictorial, Family Pictorial, Review of Program with the Debutante & Final Detailing we will be joined by 4-5 professional coordinators in uniforms that will be doing the following tasks: Registration & Ushering of the Guests, Queuing of Suppliers, Assisting the Host during program proper, Rotation of the guest book, Assisting the Debutante during gown changing, and many more. Decent Meals & Drinks should be provided by the client After the Program ends, Coordinators will be tasked to count the gifts at the gift table, distribution of souvenir items, turn-over of all items used during the event that is owned by the client and a lot more. We can also be tasked to pay balances to various suppliers Debut Party is a whole day affair so tip for my Debutantes... Take Vitamin C once a day, one week before your debut to ensure good health on the day, eat heavy lunch before your hair & make-up, as you will be eating last during program proper on the day, avoid using conditioners (just shampoo) during bath, it will be hard for the hairstylist to style your hair Speeches in small paper is better than memorizing, so you wouldnt forget a single one A small clutch or pouch helps! filled it with a compact powder, a lipstick, breath mints and small perfume you will also need that for keeping monetary gifts Our Debut Coordinating Package Rate starts at Php 30,000.00 we dont believe in Full, Partial & On the Day Coordination once we are hired as your official coordinators, all aspects thats responsible for the party will be taken care of not just ON THE DAY, its useless...
