Shame on the U.S. Supreme Court, which yesterday struck down an Arizona law that requires people to submit proof of citizenship when they register to vote. The vote was 7-2, with Justice Antonin Scalia writing for the court - and siding with the radical illegal alien lobbying group the Mexican-American Legal Defense Fund (MALDEF). The decision also invalidates similar laws in Alabama, Georgia and Kansas. In producing this flawed, technical decision in defense of the disgraceful fraud machine knows as the "Motor Voter Law" - the Court has given a huge assist to voter fraudsters from coast-to-coast. The Court SHOULD have used this case to throw out the ridiculous "I am a citizen" checkbox as the ONLY "proof" required to register to vote. Kudos to Justices Clarence Thomas who wrote the dissent and Samuel Alito who joined him, but it is too little too late. This is an absolute disgrace.
