Share ko lang po new experience ko as bagong pasok sa industry natin. A company ask me to sell their 5 residential lots inside a subdivision in taytay. Pagdating ko pa lang sa subd to put signboard stating lot for sale then my contact numbers written on it, hinarang na ako ng association. They said it is their policy that 50% of the commission will be theirs. and they wont allow buyers to come in unless with their approval kaya talagang magbibigay ka sa kanila ng 50% comm para makapasok. after several weeks walang inquiry sa akin...i visited the place again only to find out na ung mga signboard ko na me contact number ko eh pinalitan nila ng contact number nila at binura yung sa akin na walang paalam. grabe na ito. i tried to call them kaya lang hindi nasagot tawag ko. i asked the opinion of hlurb since homeowners asso ang involve at homeowner yung company but hlurb said file a case sa court. wag sa hlurb kase intra corporate matters lang accept nila na complaints like not paying dues and the likes...im sure the company wont bother filing a case. ang naisip ko lang for me to be protected is to ask the company to make me exclusive. tama po ba? o me pwede pa ako ibang gawin like tell them pwede sila mapenalized kasi hindi naman sila licensed broker at ang katibayan ko ung signboard ko na contact numbers na nila? Pero baka hindi rin pansinin sa Board natin :( Please advise -- mary ann argente REB 18936
