Sherburne County: where we can assess your taxes as a finished basement and then send you a letter 4 months later stating that you cant inhabit the space until the permit is finished. The permit wont be finished you nit -wit. We arent able to finish the bathroom yet. Yet they can tax me as if it is according to their ridiculous rules but I cant use the space. This county really irritates the crap out of me.
