Shoulder and Back Strengthener!! Start with your right leg forward and bent and left leg out behind. Rest your right arm on your right leg to support your back. Weight is in the left arm - row the weight up and then extend back down to work the back. Next rotate the palm to face downward and row the weight up to the shoulder. Repeat for 15 repetitions and then switch to the other side!
