Shout Out! Beautiful compliment for Ken, Master Designer @ West Chester. Its a lengthy one, but is a VERY special one. Enjoy! My wife who never had a stylist for years met Ken Marshall the week before my son was born. She came home actually feeling pretty about herself despite being what she called 18 months pregnant. That was March of 2010. She was trying to save money and went to whatever hack would cut her hair. 2 years ago I made her go back to Ken. I love the way she looks when she comes home, but more importantly as a husband, she comes home talking about what she learned from Ken and what Ken learned from her. They discuss Gluten Free recipes, where to buy gluten free foods. They both do the salads in Jars. He talked to her out of cornrows on our cruise and convinced her that head bands were the way to go. She and I have many laughs about how he marks his product with KEN in red. The most important thing he has done just this week was to send my wife home beautiful while they talked about landscaping and ponds. They discussed plumbing and sump pumps and more importantly to me the ecology of fish. She was so excited to talk to me about lava rocks in his pond filtration system vs our plant based filtration. That may sound weird but, as a husband having my wife come home from the beauty shop discussing material arts (sometimes) but also ecology and plumbing made makes for great conversation with my beautiful wife. They learn from each other and I learn from his conversations. One of these days I hope to meet Ken. My wife Paige looks forward to her trips there and now will not let anyone else touch her hair.
