Since God is the one liable for the marring of the clay in His hands, and since it is He who put the tree in the middle of the Garden and did not put a safety fence around it, by His own laws of liability He must take responsibility for reforming His clay vessels so that they might become beautiful and useful. It was His plan from the beginning to form man out of dust, add a little water, and voila—moldable (and mar-able) clay! Since then, He has been reforming and refining that clay, and someday, after being fired and purified, the clay will be transformed into permanent vessels fit for service in the Kingdom! Jeremiah says of that day,“ I will give them a heart to know me, for I am the LORD. And they will be My people, and I will be their God, for they will return to Me with their whole heart” (Jer. 24:7) Raising Hell Jeremiah 24:7New King James Version (NKJV) 7 Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart. Who is it that will give mankind the heart to know HIM, that HE is the LORD, and shall be HIS people, and HE will be their GOD? Remember GOD is the Potter and Mankind is the Clay. Amen.
