Since my most recent trip to Mexico, I have thought more and more about the fact that the worlds richest man, Carlos Slim, is a Mexican. Mexico is a country with a population of 119,713,203 million people as of 2014, and half of the population lives in poverty. I asked my friends- how could this man wake up daily with this burden on his shoulders? Hasnt he the resources to end poverty? Alan Watts says that we lack imagination and this is why we have poverty. And that people accumulate vast amounts of wealth, or money but they dont know how to use it or even enjoy it.
