Since when is it completely kosher for a media outlet to crawl Facebook, download full photo albums of events from photographers such as myself. Host them on their site, with no credit, no links to applicable organizations, no gesture seeking permission to post those images, AND listing that album under another name. ClubZone is that media outlet. I really find this quite ridiculous myself, so I sent them a message requesting to remove any of my work, since they were piggybacking on the work of the nightclub, promoter, and myself with their attribution of Extra Exposure for you. Their response; Hey Michael, Its standard practice for us to add photos from events at all venues. 99.9% of the time the venue and photographer are happy because its extra exposure, as we keep all watermarks on the photos as you can see. We make no claim that any photos are by Subash NG, again, every photo has its watermark. Subash NG is just the clubZone user ID of our content scraping team that adds the photos. If you still want them off the site I will inform our team to immediately take them off and cease to add any more photos for that venue. Please confirm. Best regards, John Perez.
