Sisters and brothers of the BGsEnRoute: Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Irina P. Velásquez Sorrels and was born in Colombia, South America. For the last 10 years I have been living in the United States with my husband Mark Sorrels, pastor of Hayden Baptist Church, in Indiana. Our son Roberto is in his first year of college, studying what he is most passionate about: music. I am a Business Administrator and just received my certification as an International Chaplain. My passion is to serve God and to know Him more every day. I love sharing and serving people in everything I do. I want to be an instrument in God’s hands and work in building His kingdom. I am very excited to serve Him through the ministry of Carlos and Mayra. Ive known them and their children since their first visit to Hayden in 2007, and greatly admire the work they have been doing for all these years. I know the Lord has wonderful and huge plans for everyone whose trust and hope is in Him. Thank you in advance for all the support you can give us.
