Sitting at home by myself as my friends go outside to hoot at the - TopicsExpress

Sitting at home by myself as my friends go outside to hoot at the moon loudly. Wishing I could find a reason to hoot and grunt at the moon in the same way. Sadly the Gods of Logic and Reason have no rituals, but are left with a complex feeling of connectedness and disconnectedness simultaneously. I feel like my trend of disbelief has left me with the mere root of faith in that I do not know what is unknown, and while there may or may not be something in the cosmos with deific attributes, I know we are all part of the thermodynamic reaction, that all that is living and dead looks the same on an atomic level, thus the afterlife must not be that large of a change. If my soul is merely a series of Neurons firing in a certain predetermined sequence than what am I aside from the effect to a series of causality that has happened for what to my mind is eternity. Does this make us all part of one large reaction, does that make us god?
