Sitting in the basketball office just thanking the Lord for taking my burdens, and blessing me with so many amazing people in my life, I felt a pat on my shoulder. Ive never had to explain a lot to the person behind that pat. We are so much the same person. That hand has disciplined the stubborn pride in me, daily prayed for me, and always been there to catch me when I fall. It has guided me with grace when Ive wandered off the right path, and always appreciated me like crazy. Lord, thank you to Heaven and back for giving me a father who is so beyond words whose simple pat on the back can change everything.
