Sleep time......tomorrow we wake up early and head over to the mountain where we will start our climb up Mt Rainier. We will hike up to the midway camp called Muir, at around 10,200 ft. Our packs are much heavier this time, as we have to carry our tents, stove, propane, more food, and mountaineering boots until snow line. Basically, it is going to be rough. Pack weight roughly 45 lbs. On a good note, the weather is gorgeous out here. Mild and clear as expected. Hike time tomorrow should be 5 hours, and we should be up to Muir between 1-2pm. I seriously hope our legs and back hold up. I will try to update tomorrow evening if theres service. If not, we will sleep in the early afternoon at camp tomorrow, and head out for our summit bid shortly after midnight sunday morning. We should hit the summit around 7am, Sunday, if all goes according to plan. Wish us the best, we may need it.
