Slippery, slippery slope... There are many news articles describing this, so Im not posting any one in particular, but here is a quote from one of them that gives you the gist of the story: The nonprofit Mozilla Foundations appointment of [Brendon] Eich as CEO on March 24 has attracted criticism from software developers, including its employees who have publicly called for Eichs resignation on social media. Eich, the inventor of the programming language Javascript and a Mozilla co-founder, donated $1,000 in 2008 in support of Californias Proposition 8, which banned gay marriage in the state until it was struck down by the Supreme Court in June. So, what is going on is that you will be not hired, and you can possible even be fired, if you are found to support in any way something that goes against the gay agenda. You cannot have your own opinion and you cannot give your own money to something that will support that opinion. This is the most slanted slippery slope to date. It is pointed almost vertically downhill. We will get to the bottom of the slope quicker than all slopes before it, which have been much more subtle. Please be in prayer. This is nonviolent persecution, but it is going to affect our lives at every level, including our freedoms, our value systems, our belief systems, our finances, relationally, etc.
