So. A few weeks after trying to recover money that Bank of America loses. (In the thousands) Then claims its not their fault. They dont have to correct it. CitiBank finally recovers. Thank you Citibank. I get a phone call from B of As CEO of customer relations. In regards to my complaint to the FDIC. I explain I dont want to talk to him. He replies that hes my advocate to try to resolve the issue. I have to explain to him that the issue was resolved thanks to Citibank. Now it would seem logical to me that he would have at least researched my account befor contacting me. Right. No. This morning I get another call from him looking for someone else. Wrong number. Is everyone at BofA really this stupid?
