So......Any other businesses out there having a problem with Yelp not posting their positive customer reviews? Heres our latest correspondence with them (theres a link at the bottom of you too would like to complain to them): One of our customers, Reuven Isaacs, contacted me saying he had posted a review of our business, and does not understand why it is not showing up. We would also like to know why it is not showing up, as it was a positive review. This is not the first time this has happened. Other customers have posted positive reviews and they have been removed or not posted. They complain to me and I suggest they contact you since the negative reviews always appear. Please explain. The software applies the same standards to every business and every review, and we can’t manually override the results for any single business or review. If we could, people might think that we favor some businesses over others. This is unacceptable. Unless you are prepared for a class action lawsuit regarding your defective algorithms, that slander hardworking businesses, you may wish to correct this glitch in your system.
