So.. As if school wasnt stressful enough today, I get to work and half of our power is out, along with most of the power in Chesapeake square. We keep business going with cash paying customers. No biggie. We hear that the mall had been evacuated because of a mysterious smell in macys, while hearing nothing but sirens all around us outside. 30 minutes later, my manager gets on the PA and announces that we are evacuating.. There was a funny smell coming from our stock room. So I panic and cry, naturally. Fire department clears us and we go about our night closing the store. Few minutes later the 3 of us that were closing start feeling light headed and nauseous. Fire department comes back, calls the medics, and checks the store again. Clear. SOOO.. My night was spent in the back of a fire truck with paramedics checking vitals and whatnot. Im so glad to be home and in bed. Oh, and we were on the news. So yeah.. Goodnight ✌️
