So I am looking at buying a park avenue ultra with only 120k on it. Car is in very nice shape other then the roof and trunk and part of the roof side where the sun has been beating down on it for the past 3 years. Looks like the clear coat has faded and it is white chock looking stuff on it. Im no body person but does anyone know if I can buff this out or will I need to have it shit with paint and clear coat again? I seen to be able to scratch off that oxidation with my fingernail and has the paint color underneath it. Any input will be great! Thanks!
