So, I am sitting here at home in an empty, quiet house, and I hear my water pump pressure switch cycle. I think to myself, Self, no one is here except you, and you are not running water... but I dismiss it as the pressure tank equalizing or something, until it runs again. I think, Hmmm, I better investigate and head for the basement. As I round the corner I hear water running, flowing, splashing..........in the washing machine that my wife Barbara started before she left. Whew! The moral of this story, if you hear hoof beats, look for a horse, not a zebra, if you look at all :)
