So, I came to a conclusion. Im opposed to piles. Piles of work, piles of paper, piles of clothes, any kind of pile. It doesnt matter, I just plain dont like piles. I try to sort piles and all I do is create more piles. Smaller piles, but they are still piles. They multiply all over. There is no stopping their growth. Id do better at eliminating piles but others keep subverting my efforts. I try to throw things away but they keep coming back in the form of another pile in a different place. Seems they are reproducing or reincarnating. There is no flat surface in my house that doesnt have one or more piles on it. Even if I clean a surface, the piles return as if by magic. It takes only minutes if I turn my back. Sometimes piles come into my home unannounced. They sneak in. I wake up in the morning and there they are. Space vampires. My New Years Resolution was to reduce the piles. Im afraid I may have already lost.
