So..I have a really hard time forgiving... I have to pat myself on the back..just because I kept my cool instead of flipping out. Last year a street person came into our yard and thought it was ok to pee & expose himself to my son who was just playing with his cars in the dirt. I got my revenge on this sucker and hated seeing him since then. Well yesterday I look out my window as I hear construction work being done...I see him. In my yard smashing big blocks with a sledge hammer. I swear if looks could kill he would have dropped dead right there. Then I looked at him again. Hes pitiful, its cold and he isnt dressed for the winter, he doesnt have much and he was working really hard. He spends all day every day posted on the corner or in the alley just sitting all day. Right there...I pitied him. I watched him smooth out concrete and thought...Its not my right to judge him so harshly..hes trying to survive..and thankfully Victor doesnt remember it. So...Im learning to forgive..well for the moment anyway...
