So I heard about this whole Elf on the Shelf thing last Christmas and thought it sounded so fun! But when I saw the price of this spendy little elf, I just couldnt get myself to be ok with spending our money on that. SO, what does any Mom do, trying to make her littles happy, I bought my own little, sad looking elf for a couple bucks (its ok you can laugh). The kids loved it! Well we went past one at Target today and I said, We can get a REAL Elf on the Shelf this year and Jackson says, I just want to have Frooty Looty (their name for the elf) from last time. Sadly, FL didnt make it from last year, so hes in elf Heaven...so now they are so excited-as am I (not sure where Josh stands!). Its simple things like this that that really hit home and show me time and time again what It Works has done for our family in the last 18 months! No we dont need to get everything for our kids...its not all about that, but I sure wanted the real deal elf for my babies ;)
