So, Ive had to wear this monitor for about a month now, this is the last week too thank goodness, the electrodes are burning little holes in my skin and it is definitely not a welcome fashion accessory. Unfortunately, we havent gotten the information we were hoping to get yet and there was talk of implanting a monitor under my skin if this monitor didnt work. :0 but... I found the coolest little thing that I might be able to use instead of having one implanted. It connects to your cell phone and turns your phone into a mobile ecg machine!! It can even text you alerts when it detects an abnormal rate/rhythm from your heart. HOW COOL IS THAT!! But it only works on the iphone and the samsung galaxy 3 or 4. so looks like I might be looking at a new phone soon!!
