So... a franchise broker emails me. He says he saw my email sent to his agent that made fun of brokers charging too much. It was titled, Stop paying Mr. Burns. I thought it was clever myself. I figured he was going to chastise me on Simpsons copyright infringement or something, but instead tells me how he charges very little from his agents implying we both charge the same and do a lot of the same training. However, at the end of his email, he invites me to join his company and shows me if I bring in my office to his, I will make more money from my agents without having to do all the training I do. Guess he works for free right? BTW, I dont. I work for $500 flat fee. Tom Ferry training starting in December.
