So after my first week of working out, hitting the gym 6 days out of 7, I have lost 6.5 lbs. Which seems like a lot for a single week. I have been doing some serious watching what I eat, but staying within a reasonable goal, just largely eating healthier things, or when I eat unhealthy, less of it, and with more of the filling nutritious stuff. I am far from starving myself. I just have been tracking everything, and hitting goal. Should I ease up? Or is this something like retained water being shed? Dont get me wrong, I would love to keep this rate up, if it can be done in a healthy way, I just am suspicious of these results coming so fast.
