So angry ..... tellement en colère with the people in ruffec who have repaired (though I have not checked it yet) our lawnmower. avec lentreprise qui ont réparé (pas vérifie) notre tondeuse à Ruffec 27 march 2014 deposited our lawnmower to be repaired, told it would be repaired by the 11th april. It was not ready, Went in again and again, to be told next week, next week. So we waited to be telephned to told it was ready. NO TELEPHONE CALL. Finally I had the time to go this morning (9 july), took them 20 minutes to find the lawnmower. It was reay but NO ONE had bothered to tell us. They kept our lawn mower 104 days to do 2 hours work for the cost of 93€. In the meantime we have had to pay out to have the grass cut because we did not have our lawnmower. Did we get any apology or financial recompense for the time they have taken to do this 2 hour job - NO. Il nétait pas prêt, Nous sommes revenus plus dune fois de se faire dire la semaine prochaine, la semaine prochaine. Nous avons donc attendu dêtre téléphoné pour dire quil était prêt. NO APPEL TÉLÉPHONIQUE. Enfin jai eu le temps daller ce matin (9 juillet), les pris 20 minutes pour trouver la tondeuse à gazon. Il était prêt, mais personne navait pris la peine de nous le dire. Ils ont gardé notre tondeuse à gazon 104 jours pour faire 2 heures de travail pour le coût de 93 €. En attendant, nous avons dû payer pour avoir la coupe de lherbe parce que nous navons pas eu notre tondeuse à gazon. Avons-nous des excuses ou une compensation financière pour le temps quils ont pris pour faire ce travail de 2 heures - NO. Je ne remettrai jamais les utiliser à nouveau, ni recommander à personne.
