So confused right now!? So, Red Bull settles class action for 13m because they advertised (slogan) Red Bull Gives You Wings and people felt if they drank one they should actually grow wings and fly. Meanwhile we have online trainers and coaches who flat out lie about their qualifications as well as saying they have trained top athletes they have never worked with and then cry slander if they are called out and demand videos, posts and articles be removed. Maybe its time these top athletes start filing false advertising cases against them. I mean if people are getting paid because a can of sugar and caffeine didnt sprout wings then they certainly can get paid for false use of their names. BUT, if they did that they would look like the bad person so it never happens. So confused. ... or is it the best 13m Red Bull has ever paid for marketing and advertising.
