So get this... these are the options Comcast offers to exchange their faulty box 1) shipping for a new box... 3 to 5 business day shipment with self install and delivery charges 2) send a technician out to exchange the box WITH a service fee (didnt bother to ask how much) 3) drive it to a service store and have it exchanged. (MY gas and MY time) I told them their options SUCK ... and I wasnt paying for service I am not getting for 3-6 days including today which I havent had service. If I have the box shipped and I wasnt paying for shipping. I told the technician in the Philipines I wasnt paying for a technician to come fix their equipment and that I wasnt going to pay to take time out of my already busy schedule and use my gas to bring it to a service station.. Please connect me to a supervisor. Supervisor expedited the delivery for Wed AM (reasonable since it was already Tuesday at 1:30am) and he waived the delivery charges. I sleep with my TV on and often cannot sleep without it. It is very hard for me to fall asleep without the sounds of the TV and lights, hence why he expedited it. he also has the same problem. I need my sleep even if it is minimal!
