So here is my BIG update.... I have lost 46.2 lbs which means I am back in onderland! 198.4, I finally got below the 200s! I am so excited, not only for the weight loss but all the other health changes: No migraines in 5 months, decreased appetite and cravings, more energy, stable blood sugar, lower blood pressure, decreased mystery pain and over all improved mood!
