So i just got home from an awesome vacation in the Dominican to open my credit card statement and find that xm radio whom i do have an account with has automatically charged my card again this year 227.50 to renew my account for another year! Last year they did the same thing to me, and after i spoke to a customer service agent that laughed at me and told me i should have gotten a returning customer rate which ended up being 79.00 for the year! This year Ive had it and cancelled my service altogether! I cant believe how some companies treat their customers!!!!! So long xm youve lost me as a customer!!!
