So it is 11:40 pm and we have to be up by 3:15 am. Just finished packing. So last night I tweaked my hip and thought I was good today but on our way to the Statue of Liberty I felt this sharp pain shoot all the way up and all the way down and then was barely able to walk. I did push through most of the way. I was unable to walk around Liberty Island but Halla was able to. We did not get off at Ellis Island because of my hip but we were both ok with that. We then went off to Brooklyn to see Janes Carousel and the Brooklyn Bridge. afterwards we were looking for something close and cheap to eat and had yet to try a bagel so we found the most amazing little deli and got a huge sandwich which we shared and then got some cold cuts for breakfast and they gave us 14 bagels for free. good deal. So we are bringing bagels home for the boys. Now I have to get some sleep and will post more tomorrow.
