So my faith in humanity is restored tonight. The man I lent the money to yesterday just got back to Whitehorse from Carmacks. When he got to Carmacks last night his wallet had been found but was void of his cash and every piece of ID. He slept in his car last night. Today he made it back and The Ramada has agreed to let him stay tonight on credit until he gets a new Health Care tomorrow and his bank gives him access to his account. He had not eaten yet today and I gave him an extra loan til tomorrow. I think he is a great person having some terrible luck and have no doubt that he will repay me and get back to Fort Nelson to work. Turns out he has been a resident of Dawson for thirty years.
