So... my first Christmas In Lanzarote I decided I had to have some pics on the beach.... you know... just to rub it in. However I was invited to dinner at a friends and to allow me to have a drink I decided I would walk from Tias down to PDC (the sign says 5km... my detour may have been longer!!). What looked to be a waymarked path turned out to terminate at the top of the hill.... but hey, my Cumbrian lake distirct fell walking training was put to good use.... however I must have looked a sight in my posh(ish) frock scrambling down the side of the hill... I was wearing boots though so that helped. Time was against me so ended up on a small beach, not the one intended , near my friends house... but hey ... ambition achieved....
