So, now that Puff and I have calmed down and no longer bouncing of the ceiling! What have we learnt: 1 Go back to the basics, again and again 2 Dont run before you can walk (No pun intended, lol) 3 Trust yourself, what you have learnt and your instincts 4 Slowly, slowly, repetition, repetition 5 Play to your dogs and your own strengths (With the best will in the world, Puff aint never going to be a security dog!) 6 90% of dog training is the same! whatever the discipline. 7 set and define the criteria 8 No one is perfect! 9 What you think is the best treat/toy/ reward may not necessarily be what your dog thinks... 10 I Forgot how much fun Dog training is!
