So, on phone long time with pharmacy, telling me insurance company needs prior authorization (which I have on file with them), then with insurance company where they verified that I have prior authorization thru Nov 2014. Called pharmacy to run through again, they did, it was denied AGAIN. More calls, insurance company tells me they have authorization for 34 day supply or 90 pills whichever is more...called pharmacy and they ran it thru while I was on the phone and it was denied AGAIN. Pharmacist said she would call ins co and call me back. She called to tell me she has authorization for a 17 day supply, which is 34 pills - not for 34 days. She confirmed that I will have to have it refilled every 17 days..........................Medication I will need for the rest of my life................Oh Lord, what next?
