So this page as been more or less neglected for a while. When I started it in 2010 Pages and Groups on Facebook were different things. I thought this might be useful tool to not only share the music and projects I was enjoying but also promote my music and projects. Even help promote the music and projects of my friends and people I admired. You know, build a little community. Unfortunately these Groups gave way to the Pages and became largely ignored. But I think its time to give it another shot. Lately Facebook has become a place I dread to log into. Its seems like right now everyone is trying as hard as humanly possible to tear each other down. Turning niceties and mild annoyances into Micro-aggression. Everyone is trying to prove that they are more maligned, mistreated, marginalized and a bigger victim that the next person. Its gotten to the point that Im afraid to even voice or share my opinion lest I be characterized as a sympathizer or apologist or even an idiot for even having a differing opinion than someone else. So I was thinking about this page and its possibilities. It could be a haven from all that Politically Correct back and forth. The relentless arguments about semantics and what is and isnt offensive. Just a place to share the music we love and the culture that surrounds it. Everyone should feel free to do so. If you dont like anything posted here just leave the group. Its that simple. So expect me to start posting here a lot more. Especially on Sundays when the internet is usually a little quieter. So to sum this post up Im going to share a little music from an enlightened country singer.
