So, this story is our of Oakland, Ca where an officer is called to respond to a possible burglary in progress at the fire station. And he is accused of being racist because hes doing his job. First, listen to how this reporter describes the two individuals involved---rookie police officer, and veteran fire fighter, not saying how many years either has worked for their respective departments. Because the whole thing was caught on the officers body cam, and they cant capitalize on proof of innocence... As far as I can tell, this officer did nothing wrong....in the story, the reporter also implies the officer did not apologize, noting the law enforcement trainer saying he should have. As you can hear in the video, he apologizes...more than once.... m.youtube/watch?v=Z9EYH72OMMI Im not saying that some police officers dont stray from doing their duties fairly and legally.....but this story shows that blame will be placed on officers with no evidence or proof of them doing anything else but their jobs.
