So those who went to our show tonight know that the fire alarm went off at House of Blues about an hour into the main show. Honestly nobody at HOB is 100% sure what caused it to get tripped at this point. The prevailing theory is that the heat and humidity did it because that’s the only variable that made this show different from any other show with haze and lasers and shit. But they need to wait till the alarm company shows up tomorrow to figure out the exact answer because everybody is as mystified by it as we were. But it wasn’t the fire or police or anybody who shut it down. It wasn’t malicious. At least that’s what we’re being told and I believe it. I think people know me enough to know that I’d be screaming bloody murder if I thought foul play was involved. I don’t. Everybody seemed just as confused and stunned that it happened as us. But once it went off they had to evacuate the building. From there it was all over. Nothing they or we could do at that point. It’s not the first time a fire alarm has been tripped at a concert and it won’t be the last. The only good news I have to report is that I’ve been promised that HOB will make it right for everybody who attended and I know we’ll do the same. I’m not sure what that means exactly yet, but I didn’t want people to think we were just ignoring it. We know we got to fix it. I appreciate Stoolies buying tickets and selling these things out. It should be awesome night everytime you go. 100 out of 100 times. So like I said we’ll make it right one way or another. I just got to wait to talk to HOB to figure out what the options available are to us because we can’t do anything without their help.
