So today I cannot hang out my washing, or feed the chickens, nor can I run the dogs unitl the 10am URGENT call is finished, the call willl last about half an hour, ok so I plan my day accordingly, everythnig will happen after 11am I can then have my supervision, see my clients and teach. It has taken 3 weeks to organise this call and my centre training status is relaint upon it, I have dotted all the Xs crossed all the Ts theyve had all my policies procdures and qualifications, just the telephone interview to seal it, pen in hand, pad at the ready,lipstick on and my list of questions and so I wait and I wait but still the call doesnt arrive- 11am I try them, dare I complain, biting my tongue I expalin politely their call hasnt arrived.......oh yes Ms Bedingham someone will call you today...........but I have clients etc etc sorry we cant do anything about that!!!! we can book another time with you but it has to be before 3rd July for you to be approved????..........................................exploding head is about to detatch itself from my neck
