His Lecture an Indian told him because he arrives late, he will not be registered. Peter went back and sits, minutes later, students from other pacific island countries went in and registered. Peter: It means –Peter When The Devil Comes Lecture: Ok, Ok, Ok…….please come and register, you don’t need to pay the late registration fee. …….. Please SIG students at Laucala don’t do this becos only Peters’ know…….
