Rx stations will have a total of 270#. -(2) 45#, (2) 35#, (2) 15#, (2) 10#, (2) 5#, (2) 2.5# Scaled stations will have 220#. -(2) 45#, (2) 25#, (2) 10#, (2) 5#, (2) 2.5# Females station will have 190#. -(4) 25#, (4) 10#, (2) 5#, (2) 2.5# If you guys are needing more weight, please email me of shoot us a message so I can make sure I can have that ready for yall. Also, females, you guys will have the option of using the girls 35# bar. !!!!Standards change for event 2!!! -partners DO NOT have to switch on the 1200m Row. -you have the option of switching whenever you please, but limited to only ONE switch. -so once partner 1 gets off, he/she cannot get back on.
