Some people might not know this story, but to me it is very important and has truly changed my life. Around 3 years ago I made a decision that would change everything for me. I realized I needed to stop sitting around waiting for a difference to happen, so I trusted God and began this adventure. Well by this time I had already stopped drinking anything but water. Added to this diet, I cut my calorie count in half, I watched my overall diet, and also began eating foods that are helpful in boosting metabolism. 2 and a half years later after many great accomplishments and also many hard challenges I had lost 45 pounds! Now to February of this year. I weighed 155 pounds on most days, sometimes it fluctuated to 160 depending on the day. I was really getting healthy and probably the healthiest I had ever been! Even though I was healthy, I was not able tone up really, even though I had done insanity for 2 months. Also at this point I was extremely stressed, and really struggling with anxiety problems. One month before this in january my parents had decided to take the chance on a product called Plexus, And after one meeting I decided I needed to also! So on my 18 Birthday one of my gifts was my first month paid for with plexus! I am now 5 months in with plexus I have lost 5 pounds, and I also have dropped almost 10 inches. I AM ALSO NOW IN A 29 IN SHORTS! AND A SMALL SHIRT! I am happy now with how much more toned I am, and I have dropped so much fatigue and anxiety! I feel so healthy, and love this product! I GIVE ALL GLORY TO JESUS! FROM HIM WHO ALL BLESSINGS FLOW! PRAISE GOD.
