Something I thought about today. We hear all these things in the media about cops, but in every situation, its always the local cops. City police departments and country sheriffs offices. We dont hear about oppressive militant police officers abusing their authority on the federal level. When was the last time a U.S. Marshal was recording during an arrest? What about an FBI Agent carrying out a search warrant? No excessive force claims made against the ATF? Makes me wonder if all this animosity is stirred up because cops are actually being overly abrasive all the time or if its because Americans just dont like being told what to do and we resent the face of that authority? Like in school when kids get bad grades and then claim its because the teacher is mean and doesnt like them. Im sure thats gotta be the case some of the time. I just wonder how often.
