Sometimes I question whether or not Im doing a good job as a parent or if Aryn truly listens to ANYTHING I try to teach her lol. Earlier tonight she asked me to watch a video with her that she found on YouTube. In a million years I never expected to see the video Im sharing. Ive screwed up a lot as a parent but obviously Ive done SOME things right! I already knew she was a really good kid (with the exception of her smart mouth lol) but this validated all my hopes about the type of person shell be when shes older. After the video was over she went on a Terri Dotson type of rant about bullying and treating EVERYONE the same regardless of their differences...my close friends know the type of rant Im referring to lol. Looks like Im doing a KICKASS job as a parent! I hope the ppl who watch this are as touched as I was. Its a very strong message that I HOPE is an eye opener for some ppl. And btw make sure you have a box of tissue nearby before you watch lol. And kudos to me for being such an awesome mom that at the age of 11 my kid is already on her own little soapbox!!
