Sometimes its demotivating when word gets out that a job is available somewhere and 30+ reply. Im just a kid with just a few years of work experience and sometimes I feel like applying at certain places are hopeless. But over the past few months Ive realized that anyone has potential as long as you leave a good impression and you keep calling back for every job. Always let them know youre interested and you want/need that job. Always be professional and courteous. Also dont act like a bum or an idiot in the interview. Walk in feeling like youre going to get the job and be super professional. Always come prepared to the interview and always practice job interview questions beforehand. Always wear somewhat of professional attire. I know not all jobs require or want this but always try to present yourself in the best way possible. Every little factor counts. I just have to keep motivating myself to do these things hopefully Ill be able to obtain a professional and dedicated job where I dont feel like Im constantly under distress of coworkers and everyone around me. I really hope I can get a job where positive vibes flourish and everyone can somewhat get along with each other. Im not saying a perfect job. Im saying I want a job where Im given duties and Im given the proper effective training in order to do those duties. A place where if youre not doing things properly or you are working too slow that people are willing to help you or teach you the right way and even motivate you to work harder. Im just asking for prayer and help from friends and family to motivate me to move forward. I need to get a reliable job. If anyone has any leads or has any need of a young man who is determined and willing to work any job or duty asked of me that pays well for full time hours let me know. Im begging the universe, God, and everything in it for an opportunity to present itself.
