Soooo exciting to see so many of our new Varoma Cooking Classes happening around the country and so many are getting booked out very quickly! I went to one last night and it was great – I will also be presenting at the Hornsby (NSW) one tonight (which also is booked out!) If you are not familiar with our cooking classes have a look at thermomix.au/products/cooking-classes.aspx?p=1 for one near you! Bookings are essential though. By going to a cooking class you get to see (& taste!) about a dozen dishes be made in two hours – and they are all different to what we make at our home demos. It is a fabulous chance for owners to learn so much more about what you can do with your Thermomix and a great way for non-owners to either see it again (with your partner?!) or for the first time. Going to a cooking class is also a great way to peruse and purchase our recipe books if you wish. (cash only though). My tip for you if you are booked into a Varoma one - is to take along your Every Day Cookbook and a pen as the majority of recipes are in that book and you will then be able to jot down any notes or tips that you will learn at the class.
