Sorry I have not been in contact. I have had a sim card since Tuesday and it is still not activated. Why is everything simple, so hard here. I am running out of time. I leave Srinagar on Tuesday and fly to Australia on Wednesday. I am supposed to be attending a Medical/Dental camp on Monday at a village hospital with the NGO Uplift Kashmir with my friend Dr Masood Shah (founder). That leaves me today, Friday, Saturday and Sunday to see many people and visit many places. It wont happen and that has made my visit here difficult. I can only suggest that I will be at Cafe Coffee Day, Sonwar, tomorrow at 11am if it is not raining and nothing else urgent comes up, and if I have to cancel I will try for Saturday. It is the best I can do at this time. Dont get angry with me either. One of the new fb friends that I have not met yet was the only one to say to me if I had time, he would like to meet. He showed some consideration of the pressures and expectations I am under. I have already had one friend get angry because I had been in Kashmir for two days and not rung him. I suggest people actually bother to read my posts. That is the purpose of my updating what is happening for me.
