Sorry if not allowed. But I am conflicted with a dogs living conditions and if it is appropriate. MY sister brought to my attention her neighbors dog kennel/run in their backyard. I peeked over the gate and the rotty lives in a maybe 5×8 run in his own feces and just dirt. So basically all he sees is the side of the house and the back gate. He has water didnt see food. I was told owner goes to work at 330a.m. til...idk when. I doubt he is let out of kennel. Am I wrong to think the area is too small and conditions are a little dirty? I was told he is going to be used for breeding, thats it.
